  Moving into ourt house two years ago, I was not sure how long it had been since the last duct cleaning. I asked Darrel and team to come in an clean the ducts not really knowing how dirty they were. After setting up for 15 minute, and checking the vents and ducts, Darrel told me that my ducts were not dirty enough to warrant a 3 hour cleaning. "I could it if you want.." he offered, but said it would probably be best to wait until Spring. It was a refreshing bit of honesty in a world that seems to be about the bottom dollar. I admire the integrity and will see him in the Spring. Cannot commend the" polite, courteous and customer first" service enough.
